Under the WEEE Regulations, any product displaying the crossed‑out wheeled bin symbol must be disposed of separately from normal household waste.
We offer a like‑for‑like take‑back service for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). This means you can return an equivalent item for recycling when purchasing a new one—for example, a lens for a lens, a camera for a camera, or a flashgun for a flashgun of similar size.
To use this service, customers must return their WEEE item within 28 days of purchasing the replacement product. Please note that shipping costs for returning items to us are the customer’s responsibility.
