We follow a standard UK working week, with Monday to Friday counted as business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays. All delivery timeframes are provided in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 15:00 GMT/BST on the same business day, subject to stock availability and security checks. While this is our standard practice, it cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control. During quieter periods, orders placed after 15:00 may also be dispatched on the same day.
Delivery times are based on the best estimates provided by our couriers, and we cannot accept liability for any consequential loss or damage arising from delays or failure to meet these quoted times.
Royal Mail
Royal Mail Group Ltd is our standard postal provider for UK deliveries.
We offer a range of Royal Mail services for both UK and international shipments, with prices displayed at checkout once your address details have been entered.
Orders over £50.00 ex. VAT being shipped to a UK address qualify for FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48. This service typically delivers within two business days, although in some areas it may take 2–4 working days based on our experience. If you need a signed‑for service or urgent delivery, we strongly recommend selecting UPS or Royal Mail Special Delivery instead.
UPS
The United Parcel Service (UPS) is one of the world's largest and best known couriers. They offer reliable fully tracked express shipping worldwide.
What is Live Pricing?
Live Pricing provides real‑time UPS shipping rates directly at checkout. Our website connects to the UPS system through their API, allowing you to see accurate delivery costs based on your address. To get a live UPS quote, add your items to the cart and use the Estimate Shipping & Tax tool—simply enter your country, region, and postcode to view instant pricing and all available delivery options.
UPS rates are dynamic and can change weekly due to fuel surcharges, shipping volumes, and extended‑area fees applied worldwide, including within the UK. Because prices are calculated live, entering your postcode correctly is essential for an accurate quote. The system also automatically hides UPS services that are not available for your location.
Services & Transit Times
UPS transit times are based on the service you select and are calculated using the delivery location you provide. These times are best‑estimate guidelines. In remote UK areas, deliveries may not occur daily, meaning transit times can extend to two or three business days instead of one.

Tracking & Missed Deliveries
UPS provides full end‑to‑end tracking for all shipments. Our system automatically retrieves your tracking number and emails it to you once your order has been dispatched. If the email is blocked by a spam filter, you can still access your tracking details by logging into your online account. For telephone orders, the same process applies, though you may need to contact us if you do not have an online account.
If UPS is unable to complete a delivery, the parcel will be returned to the nearest UPS depot. UPS will then make two further delivery attempts before holding the parcel and eventually returning it to us. You can use your tracking number to contact UPS directly and arrange re‑delivery on a day that suits you.
Please note that delivery addresses cannot be changed once a parcel has been dispatched. If you need to amend the address after dispatch, you must contact us and an additional fee will apply.
Additional Charges
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom are not charged UK VAT. However, they may be subject to additional fees such as import duties, customs duties, and local sales tax, depending on the destination country. For full details on these potential charges, please refer to Sections 3.2 and 5.4 of our Terms & Conditions.
EU Customers Post Brexit
Since the United Kingdom (UK) has now left the European Union (EU), the way we process your orders has changed. In line with our other international customers, we will no longer charge UK VAT on orders shipped to the EU. Please note that you may still be responsible for additional costs, such as import duties, customs duties, and local sales taxes.
To try and answer any questions you may have, please read the FAQ below:
Q1: If there is a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between the UK and EU why I am being charged duties?
You will not pay import duty on any goods manufactured in the UK or EU. For goods manufactured outside of the UK or EU you may have to pay import duties. The amount will vary depending on the country of origin (manufacture) and the type of goods.
Q2: Do I still have to pay VAT?
We will no longer be charging VAT on orders shipping to the EU. You will pay the VAT on your order locally in your destination country.
Q3: Does this mean I am paying more?
For most orders you should not be paying more than before. Even though orders being shipped to the EU may incur tariffs and duties you should still be paying less or about the same. Remember, duties may only be applicable on goods manufactured outside the UK or EU.
