Gitzo Traveler Kit GT2545T + GH1382QD Series 2, 4 Section Carbon eXact Tripod

The GH1382QD Series 1 Center Ball Head is Gitzo’s medium-sized professional tripod head designed for Series 0 and 1 Mountaineer tripods. It weighs just 500 grams and safely holds 14-kg load. Standing at 11.2 cm, it’s still compact enough to fit between the folded legs of Series 2 Traveler tripods.

This tripod has the largest tube diameters in the Traveler range. It features Carbon eXact legs for superior strength and stiffness and the “Traveler G-lock” - a travel-size version of Gitzo’s G-lock, specifically designed to ensure security in more compact tripods. Its specially-designed rubber feet are easily interchangeable with Gitzo’s optional feet (e.g. spikes, large feet). The Gitzo GT2545T has a 1/4″ and 3/8″ top attachment to easily attach heads or other accessories and comes with its own shoulder strap for comfortable carrying. It is the ideal tripod for professional photographers who use longer lenses or require the highest stability on the move.

Carbon eXact

Revolutionary Carbon eXact tubes are even stiffer to maximise rigidity and image stability. Carbon eXact optimises the fibre composition for each tube size, using HM (High Modulus) carbon fibre in the narrower tubes to make them stiffer. The tube diameters are also optimised: the final leg section of a 4 section Series 1 tripod is now 22.5% thicker than its predecessor.
